When Every Exhibition Becomes Memorial
This exhibition serves as our tribute to tragic events since October 7th, reflecting on our feelings, experiences, and attempts to cope with grief. It's also a dialogue with the historically milestone exhibition "When Attitudes Become Form," curated by Harald Szeemann (1969). We aim to explore what art can be in times of terrible, when the border between art, life, and death becomes uncertain and flickering.

SVIVA STATION
A site-specific laboratory and exhibition in the Neve Sha'anan neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The artists invited to the site-specific laboratory, the debut project of the emerging art space SVIVA, were mostly new repatriates for whom participation became an opportunity of deeper immersion into the Israeli context and an understanding of their place within it. Various artistic practices were organized to truly engage participants with the district's territory and its communities, unveiling its urban multilayeredness: meetings with Neve Sha'anan residents, municipal representatives, interdisciplinary lectures by experts, interactions with local cultural and social figures, tours, etc.

FIND INNER MONGOLIA. PART 2
The exhibition plunges into the subjective-philosophical and mystical space described by one of the most sought-after and mysterious writers of our time, Viktor Pelevin, in the novel "Chapaev and the Void" - Inner Mongolia. The exhibition project turned out to be two-part: if in the first part, presented in March 2023, the main artistic research took place in the continuum of man-body-neurosis-escape-nature, then in the second part the search is conducted on the territory of the city in internal, private and external public spaces.

FIND INNER MONGOLIA. PART 1
The exhibition immerses in the subjective, philosophical and mystical space described by Viktor Pelevin - Inner Mongolia. The works of artists help to give the key to finding this place, free, intimate, timeless, personal, independent and, perhaps, inexplicable to the end, the space of the experience of meeting oneself as a whole and as part of something greater.

MEETING PLACE
At historical moments when the world is changing especially rapidly, it might be very important for a person to notice "the zones of a slow time motion" — places where the artefacts of the past don’t hurry to disappear, weaving into the fabric of the present, preventing a total change of epochs.

For several months the group of artists explored the area of the district as a Place and Community through the walks, lectures, meetings with local residents, excursions and history studies. The results of the laboratory were shown on the site-specific exhibitionin the Bogorodskoye gallery.

LINES OF FREEDOM
The exhibition opens a dialogue space for reflection on the path of an artist facing a situation of censorship, possible political persecution for openly expressing views.
What an artist shell to do? To invent a new safe language or boycott artistic practice? To remove dangerous topics from creativity or remove creativity from a place where these topics are dangerous?
To make the fact of censorship part of an artistic device or ... ? It is important that in this project an international artistic dialogue is born with the participation of authors from Israel, the USA, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.

HOME SWEET HOME
Home sweet home. What is it like? Is it a lifeless box of four walls and a minimal set of furniture, as in the installation of G. Schneider "Dead House", or is it a space of comfort and trembling memories flooded with warm sunlight, as in the paintings of the post-impressionist E. Vuillard?

The exhibition "HOME SWEET HOME" is an independent curatorial project, and its key idea is to see closed "personal areas" through the eyes of contemporary artists.
